About the Founder

I am Nikita, a passionate therapist with an untamable curiosity for all things relationships.

Qualified with an MA in Clinical and Counselling Psychology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, I specialize in relationship issues—platonic, parental, familial, romantic, professional, and intra-personal. I work with individuals, couples, and families, using a psychodynamic framework to help clients explore unconscious processes as they manifest in their present behavior. My practice is grounded in consistent relational work, ensuring a focused and compassionate approach.
